It’s not often that a single cartoon sums up, not only the whole current situation, but even its whole history.  This, from South African newspaper Mail & Guardian Online‘s cartoonist Zapiro:

    The cartoon is obviously the work of Zapiro, a man badly lacking in knowledge and understanding. He is more to be pitied than condemned. Why? Because in producing cartoon like this, it is like he were standing on the roof tops and shouting to the world how stupid he is. And a man blind to his own stupidity is worse than a fool.

    Yes, it is Zapiro. You can say all you want about stupidity and lack of knowledge and understanding. Everything in this cartoon is true and documented many times over. If you had a valid point to make, you would make a specific criticism instead of blanket dismissals.
